The excellent customer experience from start to finish. Basebox glasses dispatched the same day as the order and arrived the next day. Kept one pair, which were exactly as displayed on web site, one pair returned as they didn't suit and refund processed within 3 working days of posting the return, along with emails updating me every step of the order, dispatch and return. What can I say about Jensen Glasses? Excellent selection of frames, very competitive prices and service was without pain. Smooth delivery, smooth return and helpful all through the transaction prior to purchase, during and after purchase. No complaints. Only a tiny suggestion: it may be useful to have one of those virtual online glasses try on. Saves the multiple purchases to try on and then having to return.
